Add CJK(Chinese,Japanese,Korean)support without input (only display characters) for non-CJK PEv1 XP based only.
Haven't tested at PE builded from CJK source.
PS. Language files will be taken from your XP source, so better for you use original full distributive, or just with asian language packets!
