Unable to create LiveXP Disc

Hello,
i have found the winbuilder because of a problem with my old laptop. So i want to create the LiveXP CD in order to fix the problem on my laptop. But i have a problem to create the CD.

In the log i found a warning:
UAC detected as enabled - aborting project build

What can i do to create a LiveXP CD?

Please discribe it for a "newbe".
