[error] wimfsf.sys file currept wimboot

I am making classic livexp with wim .i have test both iso and bootsdi method they work good but when i come to wimboot it is not worked.
What i did -
1- i get required files but some files (wimfsf.sys , wimgapi.dll and ramdisk.sys) md5 hash not matched.
2-then iso created successeull but when i tried this then it load wim to ram after it start loading pe but it show error that wimfsf.sys is currupted.
3- then try to remove wimfsf.sys entry from txtsetup.sif and reboot , now it boot pe but after showing boot screen it show bsod error.

Pls help me with this problem or provide me correct md5 hash files , i dont have good internet to download full aik iso and i get those files from this tool - http://www.rmprepusb.com/tutorials/getwaiktools/GetWaikTools.7z?attredirects=0&d=1
